Hey Ces! They're like chocolate mounds with rosettes on top.

I used amaretto so they won't that the alcohol won't be too overpowering. :) Try asking hazel or rap i remember bringing some in the office:)

yup with mint liquor and walnuts instead of the chocolate droplet in the middle.

If you're not a fan of alcohol, we can remove the alcohol and use the original mixture, substitute it with walnuts instead :)

I only use white choco to emphasize the rosettes, the rest of the chocolate is brown :)
